Each dental plan comes with online tools for your employees
Member Dashboard
Your employees have access to a Member Dashboard, which they can use to do the following and more:
- Find in-network providers
- Review their coverage for specific services
- Check claims status
- Check their annual deductible and out-of-pocket status
- Review electronic explanations of benefits (EOBs)
- View their Member Handbook
- Download their member ID card
- Access Dental Tools
Members can access their Member Dashboard at modahealth.com/memberdashboard.
Dental Tools
Once logged in to their Member Dashboard, your employees can also access Dental Tools to:
- Get cost estimates
- Assess their oral health risk
Getting ID cards
Your employees will need to have their ID cards with them when they get care. We provide several options for ID card access.
Get a copy of an ID card
Members can log in to their Member Dashboard to access PDFs of their ID cards or order one to be mailed to them.
Get the ID card app
Members can download our ID card app so that they can access their cards on their phones.
