If your employees have the Passport Dental benefit, no matter where in the world they travel, they can get quality dental services. They’ll have access to a network of qualified dental providers for ongoing care or emergencies.Within the U.S.
To find a dental provider while traveling within the U.S., members may call AXA Assistance toll-free at 888-558-2705 and identify themselves as Delta Dental members. An English-speaking operator will refer them to a dental professional. Operators are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.Outside the U.S.
To find a dental provider while members are traveling outside the U.S., they may call AXA Assistance collect at 312-356-5971 and identify themselves as Delta Dental members. An English-speaking operator will refer them to a dental professional. Operators are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please keep in mind that dentists referred by AXA Assistance are not considered participating dentists, therefore nonparticipating coverage limits apply.
