Quickly verify insurance information for your patients. Benefit Tracker is a free, HIPAA-compliant tool designed to help you and your office staff check eligibility, benefits and claims status.
You can use Benefit Tracker to manage all of the following:
- Eligibility — View up-to-the-minute eligibility status
- Network coverage — Determine Delta Dental patient benefits
- Copayments, coinsurance and deductibles — Access your patients’ most current copays, coinsurance and deductibles
- Claims status — Check claims status, even before you receive an explanation of payment (EOP)
- Current incentive levels — Verify your patients’ current incentive levels
- Common preventive services — Your “one-stop-shop” for exam, prophylaxis and fluoride eligibility
- Procedure utilization check — Search by CDT code and tooth number for procedure history
