Plans for 1-50 Oregon

We offer a wide variety of plan types and benefit levels, including voluntary plans and orthodontia coverage, for groups up to 50. Each plan comes with access to some of the nation’s largest dental networks as well as online tools, resources and programs that help members make the most of their benefits.

And, through our partnership with Moda Health, we also offer dental plans together with medical coverage.


Plan offerings


Premier plans

Premier plans offer members access to the Delta Dental Premier Network, the nation’s largest dental network, with almost 90% of dentists participating. Members with this plan have the freedom to choose their own dentist. When they see Delta Dental Premier Network providers, there is no balance billing.


PPO Plans

These plans help members save costs by connecting them with providers in the Delta Dental PPO Network, one of the largest preferred provider organization (PPO) dental networks in Oregon. PPO plans offer more choice and control over out-of-pocket costs, and members can still see out-of-network providers at a reduced benefit level.


EPO Plans

EPO plans offer a higher level of benefits than with the PPO plans, but members must see Delta Dental PPO contracted providers. This exclusive provider option does not pay for services provided from a Premier or non-contracted dentist. Care from providers outside this network is not covered, except for emergency services.

 

Delta Dental Direct Option with Willamette Dental Group

We partner with Willamette Dental Group and offer a Direct Option plan that includes a network of Willamette Dental Group providers for groups with 2 or more enrolled employees. Groups of 4 or more enrolled employees may pair a Direct Option plan with a Delta Dental plan. We manage the enrollment, billing, claims and customer service for both plans making administration easy for everyone.

Voluntary plans

Give your employees the opportunity to enjoy comprehensive dental benefits and access to the largest dental network in the country at stable rates through a voluntary dental plan through Delta Dental of Oregon. These plans are easy to administer and are a great way to supplement a competitive benefits package to improve employee recruitment and retention.

Preventive First plans

These plans help members prevent serious and expensive dental services down the road. Preventive services do not apply to the annual maximum. By saving on preventive care, members can use their annual maximum for other services.


Pediatric plan

Delta Dental Premier Shining Smiles plan offers benefits for children under age 19. It also meets the federal pediatric essential health benefits (EHB) requirement. You can purchase this plan even if no one enrolls right away.


Orthodontia coverage

With a Delta Dental plan, you have the option to add an orthodontia rider for your employees.
